PNP Maritime Services is a two-decade old privately-owned shipping & marine service company engaged in ferry operations between Gate way of India, Mumbai and Alibaug. They are also into supporting and auxiliary transport activities. PNP Maritime Services Pvt. Ltd. (PNP) operates a multipurpose port along the right bank of Dharamtar creek at Dharamtar, Shahabaj village, Raigad, Maharashtra. At present PNP handles coal, steel coils and fine cement; totalling to a volume of ~4 Mtpa. In view of the growing business, PNP plans to augment and expand the capacity of the existing facility and has acquired additional land to cater to the future growth in volumes.
The company has its registered office at prime location near Gate way of India, Colaba.

PNP had faced electrical fire risk incident in 2017 where after they were looking for complete electrical fire risk protection for their asset.
